Tower Crane has been erected and is active daily at Site D. Concrete
superstructure and steel erection is complete at the Refinery and all façade
masonry work is complete. Interior construction of the Refinery is underway and
glass installation is ongoing. Site B is fenced off and is used for
refinery construction staging. A separate portion of site B is accessible off
river street containing Domino Park bathrooms and
staffing/operations. Construction of Domino Park, Site E and Site A is
complete.  Sites C and D foundation work is complete. Site D
superstructure has commenced, and site C cellar is complete. North Tower
superstructure at Site D is complete, and the South Tower superstructure is
now complete. Tower facade installation work is underway. Above grade
work at site C has commenced.

Public entrances to Domino Park are on Grand St, South 1st St, and South
5^th St.
