DOMINO CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Weeks of September 9th and September 16th, 2019

At Site A the ground floor through 42nd floor slabs are complete. The bulkheads for the building are complete. MEP trades will continue their overhead, riser and fit out work. Precast Facade erection is complete except for the commercial hoist area. The remaining work will be completed in 2 shifts, one during daytime and a second from 3-10 pm. Interior fit outs have begun and framing and sheet rocking are working their way up the building. The South first Street sidewalk is set to be poured mid September, with the road opening around the same time. The Grand Street sidewalk will be poured in late September. The residential leasing office is now open, with a TUP and TPP in place. Residential lobby to be completed within the next week. The TCOs are expected to be in place by the end of the month.

The Refinery shoring work is complete. This consists of steel structures on the exterior to brace the existing brick façade during demolition. Interior demolition has begun, and currently is on the 8th floor of the building, working their way downward.

Construction of the Domino Park is complete. The park has opened and has entrances on Grand Street, South 3rd Street and South 5th Street.

The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week

DOMINO CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Weeks of August 26th and September 2nd, 2019

South first street sidewalk will be poured mid September, with the road opening around the same time. Grand Street sidewalk will be poured mid to late September. Residential leasing office is now open, with a TUP and TPP in place. Residential lobby to be completed within the next 2 weeks. Inspections for future TCOs are being scheduled.

The Refinery shoring work is complete. This consists of steel structures on the exterior to brace the existing brick façade during demolition. Interior demolition has begun, and currently is on the 10th floor of the building, working their way down the building.

Construction of the Domino Park is complete. The park has opened and has entrances on Grand Street, South 3rd Street and South 5th Street.

The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week

DOMINO CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Weeks of April 15th and April 22nd, 2019

At Site A the ground floor through 42nd floor slabs are complete. We will be pouring the bulkhead slabs during these weeks. Topping out of the building is scheduled for April 24th, this will conclude the concrete pouring operations. stripping, grinding and cleanup will continue for the next 2 weeks. MEP trades will continue their overhead, riser and firout work. Precast Facade erection will work 2 shifts, one during daytime and a second from 3-10 pm. The facade is wrapping the building from bottom up and is curently on the 28th floor. Interior fitouts have begun and framing and sheet rocking are on the 14th floor and working their way up the building. Sidewalk and ground floor facade work will begin in the next 2 weeks

MEP trades will continue their overhead, riser and in deck work. Precast Facade erection has begun on a second shift and will end prior to 10pm every evening. The facade is wrapping the building from bottom up. Interior fitouts have begun and will framing and sheet rocking on the 14th floor and working their way up the building.
