Hand demolition in The Refinery building is continuing. The removal of the bulkhead concrete decking on the river front is ongoing. they are continuing to remove metal piers from the River. A concrete cutting & coring company is on site to assist with demolition of the concrete deck. The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week. At Site E underground utilities in conjunction with foundation concrete work is continuing with the foundation concrete pad nearly completed.
