At Site A the ground floor through 3rd floor slabs are complete. The 4th floor concrete should be completed by 8/3. The Con-Ed vaults are installed on Kent Ave , the bike lane has been returned to the curb however ConEd will be dropping equipment later in July (heat advisory(s) impact their availability) which will disrupt the bike lane for a limited duration. Sidewalk shed is erected. MEP trades will continue their overhead and in deck work. Curtainwall erection is set to begin in August.
Construction of the Domino Park is complete. The park has opened and has entrances on Grand Street, South 3rd Street and South 5th Street
The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week.
Site E construction is complete.
Site D has been partially paved over and the remainder of the site to River Street will get gravel. We intend to use this site for events/ flex space.
