Refinery temporary shoring and demolition phases of work are now complete; consisting of exterior steel structures to brace the existing façade. Steel shoring to remain in place during construction. Exterior Masonry restoration work is underway. Tower Crane has been erected and is active on a daily basis. Scaffolding has been erected on all exterior elevations of the building. Concrete superstructure and Steel Erection has commenced.
Site B is fenced off and is used for refinery construction staging.
Construction of Domino Park is complete. The entrances are on Grand St, South 5th St, and a new entrance on South 4th st. The South 3rd entrance has been closed for pedestrian safety during construction.
Site C is closed to the public.
