Refinery temporary shoring and demolition phases of work are now complete; consisting of exterior steel structures to brace the existing façade. Steel shoring to remain in place during construction. Exterior Masonry restoration work is underway. Tower Crane has been erected and is active on a daily basis. Concrete superstructure and Steel Erection has commenced. Site B is fenced off and is used for refinery construction staging. A separate portion of site B is accessible off river street containing Domino Park bathrooms and staffing/operations. Construction of Domino Park is complete. The entrances are on Grand St, South 1st St, and South 5^th St. Sites C and D have begun excavation- with ongoing deep foundation work using drill rigs.
