Tower Crane has been erected and is active on a daily basis. Concrete superstructure and Steel Erection is complete at the Refinery. Exterior steel shoring towers have begun removal now that new steel is in place.   Exterior masonry repairs are complete. Site B is fenced off and is used for refinery construction staging. A separate portion of site B is accessible off river street containing Domino Park bathrooms and staffing/operations. Construction of Domino Park is complete. The entrances are on Grand St, South 1st St, and South 5^th St. Sites C and D excavation and foundation work is complete. Site D superstructure has commenced, and site C cellar is under construction.
