The Boiler House is undergoing Phase III hand demolition work. Separation of the north side of the Boiler House from The Refinery is ongoing. Workers completed hand demolition of an interior brick wall adjacent to The Refinery and have progressed further with the demolition of the concrete slab. Removal of the concrete slab on the two remaining bridges between Building 16 and The Refinery was completed; workers are currently flame cutting and removing the bridges’ non-structural steel.

The underground storage tanks on the northeast corner of the site are continuing to be cleaned and removed from site.
