The Boiler House is undergoing Phase III hand demolition work. Separation of the north side of the Boiler House from The Refinery is ongoing. Workers aided by two basket cranes are flame cutting steel from stacks located on the south side of the Boiler House.

The two remaining bridges between Building 16 and The Refinery were disconnected and removed from the Site. Cleaning of the two underground storage tanks has been completed. Asbestos abatement activities are ongoing in the Raw Sugar Warehouse.
