Kent Avenue Traffic Notice:
Construction work is progressing quickly at our first building at Domino, 325 Kent Avenue between S. 3rd and S. 4th Streets. We expect to be completed ahead of schedule and have our first residents move-in around June, 2017. In order to complete the building’s superstructure, the Domino construction team is gearing up to install a precast bridge structure that will connect the two 16-story halves of the building. From 10/31 to 11/4 and again from 11/7 to 11/11 this will require that we close Kent Avenue to automobile, bicycle and pedestrian traffic periodically between the hours of 7am and 3pm. This will result in intermittent traffic delays and rerouted traffic patterns that will be directed by designated flagmen and signage. Our goal is to complete the work as safely as possible and to cause the absolute minimum amount of disruption. The work has been fully approved and permitted by the Department of Buildings and the Department of Transportation. Please feel free to reach out us at domino@twotreesny.com with additional questions.
