Construction of our park has begun, including earthwork and the marine platform deck. By the 2nd week of March our precast bulkhead work will be complete. Relocation of the site artifacts will begin in the coming weeks.
The new sea wall is near completely installed. And 70% of the marine deck is completed. All other trades will begin mobilizing in the coming weeks. The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week.
At Site E, superstructure concrete is COMPLETE. All MEP trades are doing riser and horizontal work. Installation of CMU, exterior & interior framing and MEP work is ongoing. Exterior walls are being clad and waterproofed using the mast climber’s onsite. Mechanical rooms are being built out.
