Construction of our park has begun, including earthwork and the marine platform deck. Our precast bulkhead work is nearly complete. Relocation of 3 of the 4 syrup tanks and gantry cranes is completed. Layout and construction of SMU planter walls and the western perimeter wall has begun. Trenching and installation of street utilities has also begun.

The new sea wall is near completed. And 90% of the marine deck is completed. All other trades will begin mobilizing in the coming weeks. The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week.

At Site E, superstructure concrete is COMPLETE. All MEP trades are doing riser and horizontal work. Installation of CMU, exterior & interior framing and MEP work is ongoing. Exterior walls are being clad and waterproofed using the mast climber’s onsite. Mechanical rooms are being built out.
