Construction of our park has begun, including earthwork and the marine platform deck. Our precast bulkhead work is nearly complete. Relocation all the syrup tanks and gantry crane bases are completed. Layout and construction of CMU planter walls and the western perimeter wall has begun. Electrical and plumbing work has begun.

The new bulkhead and seawall system is substantially complete, punchlist items remain. The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week.

At Site E, superstructure concrete is COMPLETE. All MEP trades are doing riser and horizontal work. Installation of CMU, exterior & interior framing and MEP work is ongoing. Exterior walls are being clad and waterproofed using the mast climber’s onsite. Mechanical rooms are being built out and apartment fitout has begun.
