At Site A the ground floor through 5th floor slabs are complete. The 6th floor concrete should be completed by 8/22. The Con-Ed vaults and transformers are installed on Kent Ave , the bike lane has been returned to the curb however ConEd will be doing cable pulls equipment later in August which will disrupt the bike lane for a limited duration. Sidewalk shed is erected. MEP trades will continue their overhead and in deck work. Curtainwall erection is set to begin August 20th
Construction of the Domino Park is complete. The park has opened and has entrances on Grand Street, South 3rd Street and South 5th Street
The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week.
Site E construction is complete.
