At Site A the ground floor through 42nd floor slabs are complete. The bulkheads for the building are complete. MEP trades will continue fit out work. Precast Facade erection is complete except for the commercial hoist area of the commercial tower. The remaining work will be completed in 2 shifts, one during daytime and a second from 3-10 pm. Interior fit outs have begun and framing and sheet rocking are working their way up the building. The South first roadway and sidewalk have been poured. The Grand Street sidewalk is expected to be poured within the next week. The residential leasing office is now open between 10 am and 7 pm. Residential lobby has been completed. Commercial lobby is expected to open early November. The TCOs are in place and move in’s of the lower residential floors are occurring between 8 am and 5 pm.

The Refinery shoring work is complete. This consists of steel structures on the exterior to brace the existing brick façade during demolition. Interior demolition has begun, and currently is on the 7th floor of the building, working their way downward.

Construction of the Domino Park is complete. The park has opened and has entrances on Grand Street, South 3^rd Street and South 5^th Street.

The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week
