At Site A the ground floor through 42nd floor slabs are complete. The bulkheads for the building are complete. MEP trades will continue fit out work. Precast Facade erection is complete except for the commercial hoist area of the commercial tower. The remaining work will be completed in 2 shifts, one during daytime and a second from 3-10 pm. Interior fit outs have been completed in the residential leg of the building and continue in the commercial leg and the bridge. The South First roadway and sidewalk have been poured and are now accessible to the public. The Grand Street sidewalk has been poured and will remain behind a construction gate until the commercial lobby is opened. The residential leasing office is now open between 10 am and 7 pm. Residential lobby has been completed and is being utilized by residents. Commercial lobby is expected to open early November. There are TCOs are in place and move in’s of the lower residential floors are occurring between 8 am and 5 pm.

The Refinery shoring work is complete. This consists of steel structures on the exterior to brace the existing brick façade during demolition. Interior demolition has begun, and currently is on the 7th floor of the building, working their way downward.

Construction of the Domino Park is complete. The park has opened and has entrances on Grand Street, South 3^rd Street and South 5^th Street.

The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week
