At Site A the ground floor through 42nd floor slabs are complete. The bulkheads for the building are complete. MEP trades will continue fit out work in the commercial leg and the residential bridge. Precast Facade erection is complete, except for the commercial hoist area of the commercial tower, which will remain open for the interior fit outs. The Grand Street sidewalk and the commercial lobby will remain behind a construction gate until the commercial lobby is opened in late January. There are TCOs are in place and move in’s of the lower residential floors are occurring between 8 am and 5 pm. The commercial leasing team continues their leasing efforts.
The Refinery shoring work is complete. This consists of steel structures on the exterior to brace the existing brick façade during demolition. Interior demolition has begun and is still on the 4th floor of the building, working their way downward.
Construction of the Domino Park is complete. The park has opened and has entrances on Grand Street, South 3rd Street and South 5th Street.
The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week
