At Site A the ground floor through 42nd floor slabs are complete. The bulkheads for the building are complete. MEP trades will continue fit out work in the commercial leg and the residential bridge; the fit out work in the residential bridge is expected to conclude by the end of February. Precast Facade erection is complete, except for the commercial hoist area of the commercial tower, which will remain open for the interior fit outs. The Grand Street sidewalk and the commercial lobby are open but overhead protection will remain until the hoist run has been filled in.

The Refinery shoring work is complete; this consists of steel structures on the exterior to brace the existing brick façade during demolition. Interior demolition has begun and is down to the 3rd floor on the eastern side and the 5th floor on the western side.

Construction of the Domino Park is complete. The park has opened and has entrances on Grand Street, South 3^rd Street and South 5^th Street.

The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week
