The Boiler House is undergoing Phase III mechanical demolition work. Machinery demolished and sorted metal on the north side of the Boiler House. On the south side of the Boiler House, workers aided by basket cranes flame cut steel from the exterior stacks. A dunnage was assembled on the south side of the property, where Building 15 had been formerly located. The four remaining sugar tank towers will be moved from the south side of the Boiler House and stored on the dunnage so that the surrounding area can be demolished.

Building 16 is undergoing preparation for the removal of the Domino Sugar sign and demolition of the remaining portions of the building. Holes were cut into the north side of the structure to erect a hoist system. Scaffolding materials are stored on the west side of the structure and will be erected once the hoist is assembled.

The cleanup of the two underground storage tanks and associated piping located in the vegetated field has been completed. The tanks and piping are awaiting removal.
