Hand cutting of steel beams is ongoing to remove the standing skeleton of the boiler house building. Hand demolition in The Refinery building continues. R. Baker completed the removal the Domino Sugar cranes along the East River and is completely demobilized. The cranes are currently staged on-site. A fencing contractor is onsite installing fence posts to build a fence around the temporary park being built on Site C (south of the Refinery).

At Site E, the noise barrier/perimeter fence installation was completed. Excavation and load-out of the top 5 feet of historic fill is ongoing.
