Hand demolition of steel beams is ongoing to remove the standing skeleton of the boiler house building, half of which has been completed. Hand demolition continues in The Refinery building. Three (3) test-piles are installed on the Site. Fencing was installed surrounding the temporary park located on Site C (south of the Refinery). Pavement removal at Site D is completed. Grading at Site C and D is completed. Cleanup of the waterside has started at Sites A and B

Excavation and load-out of the top 5 feet of historic fill at Site E is completed. The gravel truck ramp is in good condition, as is the stormwater catch basin protection installed on Kent Ave at the corners of South 3^rd St and South 4^th St. Shoring installation is occurring and test piles will be installed along the north side of the Site.
