Creation of Domino Park is underway! Construction of our layout has begun, including earthwork and the marine platform deck. By the 2nd week of February our precast bulkhead work will be complete.
The removal of the bulkhead concrete decking on the river front is complete. New piers are being installed in the east river to support the future bulkhead decking. Piers are being cut to final heights and pile caps are being delivered & installed. The new sea wall is partially installed. Precast planks are being installed on the pile caps. The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week.
At Site E, superstructure concrete is COMPLETE. All MEP trades are riser and horizontal work and coordination efforts. Installation of CMU, exterior & interior framing and MEP work is ongoing. Exterior walls are being clad and waterproofed using the mast climber’s onsite.
