At Site A Foundation work is complete and the foundation contractor has demobilized. Ground Floor Slab and foundation walls for Site A are complete. Underground plumbing and electric work is complete. Superstructure Concrete has mobilized and pouring of the first section of 2^nd floor columns and slab has begun. The Con-Ed vaults will be installed on Kent Ave has begun this will reroute bike and pedestrian traffic for 3-4 weeks. Sidewalk shed is being erected.

Construction of the Domino Park is nearly complete. Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing work is ongoing and nearly complete. Finishes including light fixtures, handrails and millwork is nearly complete. Paving of the new road had begun. The food kiosk construction is underway. Opening of the park is tentatively schedule for the beginning of June.

The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week.

At Site E, the northern hoist has been removed and cladding of the hoist run is complete. Hoist run apartments are complete.
