At Site A the ground floor through 22th floor commercial and 28th floor Residential slabs are complete. Framing and rebar above the bridge has begun. We will be pouring the 28^th floor slab the week of the 28^th and frame the 29^th. MEP trades will continue their overhead, riser and in deck work. Precast Facade erection has begun on a second shift and will end prior to 10pm every evening. The facade is wrapping the building from bottom up. Interior fitouts have begun on the 5^th floor and will work their way up the building.

The Refinery shoring work has begun. This will consist of steel structures on the exterior to brace the existing brick façade during demolition.

Construction of the Domino Park is complete. The park has opened and has entrances on Grand Street, South 3^rd Street and South 5^th Street.

The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week
