Mobilization for construction has begun at “Site E”. Temporary orange barriers were installed along South 3^rd and South 4^th Streets. Temporary parking signs are currently posted until official signage is received from the DOT. Soot removal and asbestos abatement are ongoing inside the Boiler House stacks. Mechanical demolition will resume in the next 2 weeks.
