The Refinery building continues to be hand demolished on the interior of the building. The removal of the bulkhead concrete decking along the river is pressing forward, work is progressing from the north end of the site to the south. They are also working on removing metal piers from the River, again, working from north to south.

The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week.

At Site E, excavation, load out, shoring and support of excavation work is occurring. Underground plumbing and electrical work is to begin shortly, followed by foundation concrete beginning around the new year.
