At Site A Excavation and dewatering work is ongoing and SOE and pile driving is complete.Some foundation footings have been poured and are continuing to be installed. Slab on grade and foundation walls for Site A will be installed over the next month The underground structure has been completed. Underground plumbing and electric work has begun. Superstructure Concrete is set to mobilize in March. Tower crane erection has begun. Starting in March the Con-Ed vaults will be installed on Kent Ave, this will potentiall reroute bike and pedestrian traffic for 3-4 weeks.

Construction of the Domino Park is ongoing, including earthwork, utility work, and concrete. Electrical, Mechanical and plumbing work is ongoing. The elevated walk steel is complete and painting of the artifacts only needs touchup work. Pavers and precast planks have been delivered to site and are installed. Finishes including light fixtures, handrails and millwork has begun. Paving of the new road had begun. The food kiosk construction is underway Work is progressing from the north to the southern end of the site.

The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week.

At Site E, the northern hoist has been removed and cladding of the hoist run has begun immediately after. Hoist run apartments are finishing fitout. Mechanical rooms are completed and apartment fit out is complete.
