At Site A the ground floor through 37th floor slabs are complete. We will be pouring the 38th, 39th floor slab during these weeks. Topping out of the building is scheduled for April 24th. MEP trades will continue their overhead, riser and in deck work. Precast Facade erection has begun on a second shift and will end prior to 10pm every evening. The facade is wrapping the building from bottom up. Interior fitouts have begun and will framing and sheet rocking on the 14th floor and working their way up the building. Sidewalk and ground floor facade work will begin in the next 2 weeks
The Refinery shoring work has begun. This will consist of steel structures on the exterior to brace the existing brick façade during demolition. The southern and northern towers are complete. Work on the west side of the structure has begun
Construction of the Domino Park is complete. The park has opened and has entrances on Grand Street, South 3rd Street and South 5th Street.
The public park located on Site C is open 6 days a week
